Happy New Year! We ended up celebrating at 11:00, and 12:00at Jason's parents house. Ross always has little fireworks and bubble wrap to help bring in the new year. Also another tradintion is having Chinese food for dinner. We also played a lot of gutar hero and board games. Haley is a night owl so he had no problem staying awake to party!!
Earlier that day we went to "Alvin and the Chipmunks" movie with my parents and Kevin's family. We went to a lot of movies over the Christmas break.
I didn't take a ton of pictures on Christmas, just video. It was a great Christmas. Haley must have been a good girl because she got what she wanted...a kitchen and a cash register. I think Santa worked really hard to put the kitchen together. I want to say it took a good 3 hours. Here is Jason being the good Dad that he is, playing kitchen with Haley. Christmas is the best when there are kids involved!

Last week Haley got to come to YW with me and go ice skating. She loved it.

We also signed Haley up for swimming lessons with Dahl at Provo High. Haley was pretty pumped about it. Tuesday was her first day. I don't know if you can tell in this picture, but Haley is crying. The teacher had Haley blow bubbles and then dunked her under the water. She was not having that! She had only been in the pool a couple of min. What a way to start the lesson! So she cried pretty much tell the lesson was over. I guess she was pretty traumatized!
Here is Haley and Dahl after swimming lessons tonight. She did a lot better her second time. She made sure I told the teacher not to dunk her in the water. After I did that she got right in. Haley will go under the water but only when it is her idea.
