CANCUN, MEXICO

Jason and I just got back from Cancun a few days ago. We decided it would be a fun way to spend our 5 year anniversary. Scott and Miriam and Kristie and Tim came too! We had a great time! This is a picture of all of us swimming in the underground caves at xcaret. The water was crystal clear.

As you can see Jason and I went swimming with the dolphins. The picture on the left is of Jason getting ready for two of the dolphins to push him across the water.

Some of you may not know that swimming with dolphins is a dream come true for me!! Go ahead and laugh, but I have dreams all the time with me swimming with dolphins. :) Now I can actually say that I have swam with dolphins for real and not just in my dreams.

Happy Valentines Day!!

So Haley helped make her Dad a Valentine. She even put on her own lip stick so she kiss the paper. We didn't do to much on Vanlentines night. I was suppose to have Young Womens, but after work I cancelled it and Jason, Haley and I decided to go to the BYU basketball game with my parents instead. We decided to keep Valentine low key this year because we just booked a trip to CANCUN, MEXICO!! I am so excited! Jason and I are going to Cancun to celebrate our 5 year aniversary!!!
So, I took Haley to McDonalds the other day because she finally went #2 for me in the potty. #1 isn't a problem, but #2 is another story. For some reason she seems scared to go. Her reward was getting an Ice cream at McDonalds and getting to play on the play ground, even though I think those toys have a ton of yucky germs on them, I am willing to try anyting. I love this picture. For one I love her curls. Yes, they are natural and no, she did not get them from me. Second this picture makes me laugh. I don't know if you can see her first real "owie" but let me just say it was tramatizing for her!!! I was tickling her and my fingernail scratched her. She didn't realise this until about 20 min later. She started crying so hard. She wouldn't stop. I have never seen her cry this hard. She walked around the rest of the day with her arm held out like it was broken. Getting her clothes on was tricky because she didn't want anything to come anywhere close to her owie. That was her first time seeing her own drop, yes one drop of blood.

Christmas Vactaion

I know it has been a while since I have updated my blog. The truth is not a lot has happend this month. So I have decided to post pictures of some things we did during the Christmas break.
We went to the BYU bowl game in Las Vegas right before Christmas with my parents and my brother Kevin and Kristi. It was cold, but not as cold as it is here in Provo. This picture didn't work to well. I hope you can see it. I know it is kind of small. It is all of us with Cosmo. If you look close you can see Haley wouldn't take her eye of Cosmo. She was pretty scared of him and had to know where he was at all times. We had a great time in Vegas...Thanks for the fun time Mom and Dad!!

Here is Haley with Carson and Nathan (Kevins boys). They watched Haley while Jason and I went to the temple. They put her is some of Carsons old glow in the dark space pajamas. She loved them so much they let her have them. Of course they were going thow them away becuse they had huge holes in them. For a few days there she wanted to wear them during the day as an outfit. It was pretty funny. She decided it was time to put them in the garbage the other day because the holes were getting bigger! Posted by Picasa

Merry Christmas!!!

Haley was sooo much fun this year for Christmas. She didn't care to sit on Santas lap at all. She is scared of Santa, like most kids her age. On Christmas Eve she slept with Jason and I and every sound she heard while laying in bed she would say, "Mom, what was that...was that Santa?"
All Haley wanted for Christmas was this princess umbrella!!! She loves it and wants to take it everywhere.
2nd on Haleys list were Glass Slippers. She had to take her P.J's off to were these the rest of the time she opened presents.
Haley is going to make a great Big Sister somday. She loves babies!!! Posted by Picasa

Christmas Cont.

3rd on Haleys list was "a really pretty dress". She got 3 princess dresses from her Salmon Grandparents. She loves dressing up and dancing around. The dresses came with jewlery, a wand and a crown. She was in heaven!!

Jason and I finally got a King size bed for Christmas...I can't believe we waited this long!! It is sooo nice. Haley had a great time climbing up the plastic cover and sliding down it while Jason and I were setting it up.
This is us waiting to open our gifts at my parents house at their Christmas party. We had a wonderful Christmas! We are very blessed! Posted by Picasa

Haley loves her Uncle Lincoln. He pretty much carried her all the time at Disneyland becuse she likes him so much. This is a picture of Haley in the closet at the condo. She put her self in "time out" becuse she broke a glass in the kitchen. It was pretty funny! Posted by Picasa
