Garlick Salmon Wedding :)

Jason’s little brother Dallin finally “tied the knot” last week to Shellee Garlick after dating for 2 ½ years. Yes, it was time! And we are so happy to have Shellee officially in the family now. It was also fun to have the whole family in town. Congratulations Dallin and Shellee!

Just Hanging There!!

Haley finally lost her first tooth!! It was hanging by a thread and she wouldn’t let me touch it. So, being the sneaky mom that I am I took her down to my Dad’s house. When we got there I took my Dad aside and told him he needed to pull her tooth for me. He said he would if he got the chance. About a half hour later I told Haley to go wiggle her tooth for Grandpa in his den. Let’s just say Grandpa got the job done. She even got paid to let Grandpa Sherm pull her tooth.
I think one of the main reasons she didn’t want to lose her tooth is because she is a little afraid of the tooth fairy coming!!! So I told her we could put the tooth under a pillow out in the family room. Now I don’t know about you but when I was little and lost a tooth the tooth fairy took the tooth and left some money. When Jason lost a tooth he got money and “fairy dust.” Now to me this sounds messy. But Jason insisted on doing a trail of glitter from the door to where the tooth was on the couch. So we did and Haley thought this was great when she woke up EARLY the next morning.
It is a sad day when kids lose their first tooth because they just keep losing them and they don’t have that cute little smile anymore. I mean their smiles are still cute but they go through a weird stage for years until they get their braces off. Oh well, at least all the rest of the kids are going thru the same things at the same time.

Thank heavens for glue!!

On Saturday Brynlee fell off the kitchen chair
and split her eyelid open. She is so quick you
have to watch her every second. We took her
to the Dr. and luckily they were able to glue
the split shut and didn't have to do stitches!!!

Brynlee 16 months now!!

Where does the time go? I love this little girl.
She is getting to be so much fun. Her are some
fun things about her.

Brynlee loves life!

Very curious and into everything.

She follows her big sister everywhere.

She laughs a lot!! A funny laugh that makes everyone else laugh.

Knows exactly what she wants.

Loves Dogs.

She is amazing at going to bed. Every night before going to bed she waves goodnight, blows kisses and lays down without a peep.

She gives the best kisses.

She gets really excited when Jason comes home or when the doorbell rings.

Finally sleeps although the night!!!!

Brynlee loves to brush her teeth. She even spits.

She loves to read. (she defiantly didn’t get that from me!) She would rather read books than play with toys.

She loves bananas!

She is intrigued with body parts right now, especially belly buttons.

Excited about life.

I am embarrassed to admit…

Most of you that know me well know I am a bit obsessive compulsive when it comes to germs. I don’t like McDonald's playground, rides at the mall, “Chuckie Cheese” and driving the carts at the grocery store with the cars on the front. I have been trying to be better at this. And I feel I have come a long way since I had Haley. I have realized I am depriving my poor kids of some fun things. So, as you can see the other day I let Haley and Bryn drive in those big annoying carts that are hard to maneuver for the first time together. Can you see the smiles on there faces!? Bryn was laughing the whole time and people where laugh at her, laughing. It was quite the memory….just thought I would share. J

Valentines Weekend

Last night I Haley, Brynlee and I went to Jason's
office to "heartattack" his door.

PHS Cheer Camp!

Last week Haley and her best friend Kayla
decided to do cheer camp. Haley loved it! As you
can see she can get Chandra, Lincoln and her Dad
to do anything. The did a few builds and she
taught them a few cheers.
